Secondly, the annual update of the ZTE Compliance Manuals for Export Controls and Economic Sanctions is steadily moving forward. To reflect the changes in external laws and regulations, internal processes, and compliance management and control requirements, ZTE reviews the Export Control Compliance Manuals once a year to confirm that the contents of the manuals meet the current compliance requirements. In 2022, the ZTE manual project collected comments on manual revision from multiple dimensions, and carried out the annual revision based on the comments. It is expected that the revised manual will be released to all employees at the end of October. After the new version of the manual is released, ZTE will also develop a series of learning courses to help employees better learn, understand, and use the manual, and ensure the implementation of compliance management and control measures.

Finally, ZTE is driving the execution of 2022 compliance certification and submitting the certification on time. During the supervision period, ZTE will sign and submit a compliance certification document to the relevant U.S. government agencies every year in accordance with the requirements of the agreements signed with the relevant U.S. government agencies to prove that ZTE complies with the specific requirements of the agreements. The implementation of compliance certification not only meets the specific requirements of relevant agreements, but also a self-inspection of ZTE's compliance construction to promote the continuity of ZTE's export control compliance construction and ensure the establishment of a stable and sustainable partnership between ZTE and you.
