ZTE’s iDCIM system supports monitoring, management, and optimization of data center facilities to provide a complete solution covering the aspects of infrastructure, planning & design, and O&M. The iDCIM system provides device-level, rack-level, module-level, and DC-level service data, including environmental data (including temperature, humidity, and air flow), energy consumption data, and cooling data. All the data can be used to support alarm management when any threshold is reached, thus reducing repair time and improving equipment availability. It supports to track the use of key resources to provide support data for decision-making. It also provides rack-level power supply, cooling, and network data to support locating the best position of new servers. It supports simulating DC models, providing integrated DC facility management, and optimizing DCs in power supply, cooling, and space to further increase the efficiency in DC operation and maintenance. The system uses the AI energy efficiency optimization technology to achieve sustainable energy saving in the data center.
