ZXETM F060N Dual-Cold-Source Thin-Plate FWU

Tackling rising computing density in AI computing centers and the downsides of standalone air and liquid cooling systems — duplicated investment, siloed O&M and high upgrade costs — ZTE ZXETM Dual-Cold-Source FWU is a core air-liquid integrated cooling solution for AI facilities. Covering 60kW near-end thin-plate units and 120–250kW remote large FWUs, it leverages an innovative air-liquid homologous architecture and 3-mode AI control to enable seamless evolution from full air to full liquid cooling for all power density scenarios.

3-Mode AI Optimization

  • Seamless switch among free / hybrid / mechanical cooling.
  • Hybrid EER ≥6.2 with dynamic AI tuning.
  • 10–13℃ wide ΔT supply air for liquid-cooled server supplementary cooling.
