ZXETM F210/F230/F250 Chilled Water FWU
For mid-to-large data centers with 15–20℃ high-temperature chilled water, traditional air cooling suffers from low efficiency, slow deployment, complex O&M and difficult retrofits. ZTE ZXETM Series Chilled Water FWU is a room-level remote air supply cooling solution for large cloud and carrier facilities. With 210–500kW cooling capacity, it features blow-through positive pressure design and PICV smart water control to optimize heat exchange efficiency and full-lifecycle O&M.
Prefabricated Modularity
- Double-stack design meets shipping container standards, on-site modular assembly.
- Flexible single/dual/cluster networking for diverse requirements.
- Integrated motorized damper interlocked with fans, no extra maintenance bay needed.
High-Efficiency Heat Exchange
- Blow-through positive pressure design, rated COP ≥20, fan SFP ≤0.2W/(m³/h).
- Low-resistance coil: ≤40kPa coil resistance, ≤80kPa total unit resistance.
- THDi ≤5%, PF ≥0.9, suitable for high-standard power grids.
Intelligent Control
- Standard PICV valve: balancing, flow control & cooling metering in one.
- PID control with ±0.5℃ accuracy, adapts to load fluctuations dynamically.
- PLC-based group control with self-diagnosis & auto-restart on power recovery.
All-Round Reliability
- Dual ATS power + two-stage lightning protection, high-reliability core parts.
- Grade 8 seismic certified, design lifespan ≥10 years.
- Full-front access, online wear part replacement, fire system compatible.
