ZXEDC F7000 Fabricated Power Module

The ZXEDC F7000 prefabricated power module integrates full-power links from medium-voltage and transformers to load feeders, and is compatible with UPS and HVDC power supplies. It provides MW-level integrated power supply, configuration, and backup solutions for medium and large data centers. The integrated design and high-density component integration reduce the floor area of the power supply and distribution system. Reduces delivery complexity and greatly shortens the project duration through prefabrication and de-engineering. Through intelligent management, full-chain visual management and preventive maintenance are implemented to ensure system operation security. Prefabricated power modules will become the preferred solution for power supply and distribution systems in medium and large data centers.

Compact space

  • The cabinet is highly integrated. The UPS, input, and output cabinets are combined. The copper busbar is used for cable removal, and the busbar is integrated in the cabinet. Compared with the traditional power supply and distribution solution, the space is reduced by more than 40%.

 

Rapid delivery

  • The entire project is prefabricated in the factory in advance, and hoisted and installed on site. The on-site construction period is shortened from ten weeks to 3.5 weeks (including 1.5 weeks for factory integration debugging).

 

High efficiency and energy saving

  • The UPS/HVDC uses the industry-leading high-efficiency power supply with the highest efficiency exceeding 97%. In intelligent ECO mode, the overall link efficiency of the UPS is 3% higher than that of the traditional mode.

 

Flexible

  • Power modules can be flexibly configured (AC and DC output), elastic capacity expansion (power supply capacity and power distribution capacity can be flexibly upgraded on site), and online UPS replacement.

 

 Intelligent management and control

  • Implements full-link visualization and alarm visualization. Bus temperature monitoring and temperature warning, which replace manual preventive maintenance, provides three-level health warning, upper-level and lower-level selective protection verification, and fault link simulation functions.
