Award-winning projects, such as "AI-Empowered New Calling for B2B Service Innovation", "5G + AI New Calling Empowering Innovation in Cultural and Tourism Applications" and "5G New Calling Digital Human Assistant", developed by ZTE and China Mobile, are accelerating the realization of this goal.

Addressing the industry's demand for highly interactive and multi-dimensional digital service channels, the "AI Empowered New Calling for B2B Service Innovation" project, jointly developed by ZTE and China Mobile Fujian, leverages cutting-edge technologies such as one-way video, video insertion, digital humans, and DC data interaction. It builds a visual and interactive New Calling service system for industries such as e-commerce, finance, and healthcare, enhancing service experience and reducing operational costs.

Tackling the current challenges of single promotional channels and content homogenization in the cultural tourism industry, the "5G + AI New Calling Empowering Innovation in Cultural and Tourism Applications" project, created by China Mobile Design Institute Co., Ltd., China Mobile Henan, and ZTE, digitizes regional culture and historical scenes. This resolves promotional homogenization issues and opens new marketing channels for the cultural tourism sector.

In the field of accessible services, the "5G New Calling Digital Human Assistant" project, a collaboration between Network Department of China Mobile, China Mobile Shandong, and ZTE, achieved a technological breakthrough. It deeply integrates AI technology with New Calling capabilities to innovatively create an AI sign language digital human assistant. This not only provides intelligent response services but also builds a bridge for barrier-free communication, highlighting the value of technology in empowering humanistic care.

By adopting plugin technology to achieve bidirectional openness, this facilitates the rapid development of New Calling services and plays a key role in integrating AI capabilities and incubating applications. These projects have already been successfully implemented in multiple locations including Henan and Fujian.

The awarded projects are all built upon a 5G New Voice real-time communication platform integrated with AI capabilities.
