Paris, France, October 14, 2025 – ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, has launched a comprehensive suite of innovative optical access, terminal products, and platforms at Network X 2025. These new offerings are designed to accelerate global FTTx deployment, empower smart homes, and advance all-optical campuses into the 10G era through compact devices, AI integration, and unified management capabilities.
Compact PON accelerates FTTx rollout in challenging environments
ZTE has unveiled two new optical access PON OLT products: the 4-port pizza-box PON OLT device ZXA10 C604L and the 8-port outdoor PON OLT device ZXA10 C608Z. These products meet the needs of operators, ISPs, and MSOs in downward FTTx deployment, remote coverage deployment, sparse coverage deployment, and HFC network transformation to FTTH.
The ZXA10 C604L is a pizza-box PON OLT device, with 10GE/GE uplink and PON downlink. This device can be flexibly installed in scenarios with space constraints such as equipment rooms, outdoor cabinets, basements, and low-voltage utility shafts, meeting the construction needs of rural areas, sparse areas, remote coverage deployment, and spot coverage scenarios.

The ZXA10 C608Z is a lightweight, integrated PON OLT device designed for outdoor use. It features 10GE/GE uplink and Any-PON downlink, supporting on-demand GPON and/or 10G PON ONUs. This device enables flexible power supply via coaxial cable or AC, and supports multiple installation methods such as cable-mounted and wall-mounted. With an integrated die-cast structure, it allows single-person onsite installation and maintenance. It meets the deployment needs and flexible evolution requirements for scenarios including limited equipment room space, sparse coverage in suburban/rural areas, and the transformation of HFC networks to FTTH in harsh environments.

Wi-Fi 7 APs with XGS-PON enable 10G all-optical campuses
ZTE launched two Wi-Fi 7 wireless access points (APs) with XGS-PON uplink, the wall-mounted panel AP model and the ceiling-mounted AP.
The wall-mounted panel AP, designed based on the 86-box installation standard, meets the needs of small indoor spaces such as hotel rooms, student dormitories and wards, providing 10-Gigabit wireless Wi-Fi access. The ceiling-mounted AP is widely suitable for deployment in various comprehensive indoor building spaces, offering 10-Gigabit wireless Wi-Fi access for scenarios including office buildings, hotels, teaching buildings, and factory workshops.

The two APs not only support flexible switching between XGS-PON and 2.5GE uplinks, but also enable PoF (Power over Fiber) power supply, facilitating flexible network deployment. This combination, leveraging the high bandwidth, low latency, and high RF resource utilization brought by Wi-Fi 7 technology and POL (Passive Optical LAN) to meet campus Wi-Fi deployment needs, simplifies network architecture layers and the number of devices, reduces network latency and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) costs, and helps build high-quality all-optical campuses.

Smart Cloud Platform enables intelligent home network management
ZTE announced its integrated terminal management platform, SCP (Smart Cloud Platform). The ZTE SCP is an all-in-one management platform for home network terminals, providing end-to-end lifecycle management and services across pre-sales, sales, and after-sales stages, supporting the broadband business development of operators. ZTE's intelligent and open SCP platform offers three core capabilities—assisted marketing, rapid installation, and visualized management—delivering powerful support to operators' marketing, installation, and O&M departments.
SCP empowers marketing teams with user care, product development, and package promotion tools, providing detailed reports on Wi-Fi coverage, traffic, and user types to quickly identify target users for broadband upgrades and Mesh AP sales. It supports business expansion with IPC management and cloud storage, while IoT management via the ZLife APP enables real-time monitoring of sensors and remote control of smart home devices for an enhanced user experience. Intelligent installation features, including layout planning, device selection, and Wi-Fi heatmaps, help optimize deployments for technicians, and self-installation options reduce the need for on-site visits. Advanced network analysis and diagnostics support rapid fault detection and one-click optimization, while anti-theft capabilities allow remote device locking to protect operators' assets.
As a technology leader in the optical access field, ZTE has always adhered to technological innovation and the development of fundamental capabilities, providing high-quality product solutions and services to global customers. ZTE will continue to deepen its presence in the optical access field, increase investment in product R&D and scenario expansion, and contribute to FTTx deployment, bandwidth enhancement, and digital transformation.
