Among these, the landmark GigaMIMO series technologies have taken center stage, demonstrating ZTE's comprehensive industrial drive—from prototyping and field trials to ecosystem co-creation, centered on deep integration of AI and wireless technologies.

 

1. Industry's First GigaMIMO with AI-Driven Performance Leadership

Centralized GigaMIMO: ZTE has unveiled the industry's first U6G band 2000+-antenna-element 6G prototype system, achieving 10X capacity improvement over 5G-Advanced under AI algorithm-driven capabilities. Without requiring new site deployments, it elevates edge user experience to a level comparable with mainstream 3.5 GHz bands, effectively addressing core challenges in capacity and coverage.

Distributed GigaMIMO: In collaboration with China Mobile, field verification has been completed. Under AI-coordinated scheduling, cell-edge user experience has been successfully improved by 6 times, breaking through traditional network capacity and experience bottlenecks, achieving revolutionary leaps in the spatial dimension, and forming a solid foundation for the smooth evolution from 5G-Advanced to 6G.

 

2. AI Deeply Integrated into Wireless Systems, Reshaping Spectral Efficiency

Through co-design of massive MIMO and AI algorithms, spectral efficiency improvement of over 30% has been achieved, while ensuring network experience consistency and service differentiation capabilities, laying the foundation for large-scale 6G deployment.

 

3. Industrial Collaborative Innovation, Accelerating 6G Ecosystem Maturity

ZTE remains committed to an open and collaborative philosophy, actively engaging with global industry partners to build the 6G ecosystem. The company has jointly completed with China Mobile the industry's first IODT verification of a single carrier with 400 MHz bandwidth in the U6G band (6425–7125 MHz). ZTE's GigaMIMO has also successfully demonstrated the industry's first AI immersive interaction in the U6G band, redefining the future paradigm of human-agent interaction.
