With development of mobile Internet and digital intelligence in vertical industries, more and more applications need to rely on operators' telecommunications capabilities, especially 5G capabilities, to meet various applications' needs such as service enhancement, experience improvement, and cost reduction. ZXUN NCEE (Network Capability Exposure Engine) came into being. ZXUN NCEE is dedicated to rapid and flexible integration with the capabilities of telecom networks and service platforms. It abstracts and exposes the standard and lightweight APIs, provides developers and partners with various kinds of API exposing services including basic communication and network connectivity. It helps operators expand the range of products and services, promote the development of partners and accelerate the internal innovation and the digital transformation.
On the whole, ZXUN NCEE can provide five kinds of functions: capability exposing function, capability control function, capability management function, partner service function and general supporting function.
1. Capability Exposing Function
Supporting functions such as the telecom network protocol adaptation, encapsulation and exposure, message distribution and routing, policy control and traffic control
Supporting the integration and exposure of 2G/3G network capabilities and traditional telecommunications capabilities
Supporting 4G/5G network capabilities exposure (SCEF and NEF)
Supporting the expansion of other capabilities integration and exposure
2. Capability Control Function
Providing capabilities such as capability discovery, and capability status subscription and notification
Providing functions such as authentication and authorization, access control and policy control of API invocations by interaction with the capability exposure function
3. Capability Management Function
Providing operator's administrators with functions such as API life cycle management, API product operation management, partner management, system and configuration management, and statistical reports through the operator management portal
4. Partner Service Function
Providing application developers or partners with self-service functions such as developer registration, API product purchase and API display through the partner service portal
5. General Supporting Function
Including public sub-functions such as license management and control, data storage, network management alarm, and operation and maintenance
ZXUN NCEE has the following advantages, including:
