SDN is open, programmable network architecture with separated forwarding & control and centralized management & control. It is the mainstream trend in the data center network.
ZENIC vDC Controller is ZTE’s carrier-class cluster controller. It focuses on the SDN demand of cloud data center and is applied to such application scenarios as NFVI, private cloud, public cloud and hybrid cloud. Combining service orchestrator and cloud platform, it provides the ETE SDN solution of carrier-class cloud network.
ZTE ZENIC vDC controller V3.0 supports the distributed cluster controller. System architecture is 3 + N cluster. It consists of three master controller nodes and N (1-128) service controller nodes. The master controller nodes designed in a cluster mode guarantee reliability, and southbound interfaces are distributed on service controllers
