Bangkok, Thailand, August 28, 2026 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, in collaboration with AIS, Thailand's leading digital service and telecommunications provider, and industry partners, has launched ZTE Day Thailand 2026 under the theme "Creating an Intelligent Future".

The event showcased intelligent network innovations and end-to-end digital infrastructure designed to support the rapid growth of AI, cloud computing and next-generation digital services, while helping strengthen Thailand's digital foundation to be smarter, more agile, secure and sustainable.

Zhang Yanmeng, CEO of ZTE Thailand, remarked, "AI is transforming both the way digital services are delivered and the infrastructure that supports them. The future requires more than connectivity—it also depends on computing, data centers, efficient energy management and intelligent networks. At the same time, AIS is transforming its infrastructure and services to prepare for the AI era, from the transition from bytes to tokens to the evolution from traditional automation toward Autonomous Networks".

He added, "ZTE Day Thailand 2026 provides an important opportunity to exchange insights and experiences across connectivity, computing and AI infrastructure, while exploring new approaches to developing Thailand's digital infrastructure. The collaboration between AIS and ZTE will create opportunities to develop new ideas, solutions and services that support the growth of the digital economy and help shape a better digital future for Thailand".

Kitti Ngamjetanom, Chief Technology Officer of AIS, noted, "One of AIS's key strategies is to become Thailand's nationwide digital infrastructure. Achieving this vision requires continuous innovation across our network, technology and digital services. AI is an important part of this journey—not only for enhancing our network and internal operations, but also for developing new AI-powered services for our customers".

He continued, "ZTE Day Thailand 2026 provides a valuable opportunity for AIS and ZTE to share knowledge, explore new technologies and identify opportunities to co-create solutions for the future. Ultimately, our goal is to leverage technology and innovation to deliver better experiences, improve how people live and work, and create greater value for our customers and Thailand's digital ecosystem".

At ZTE Day Thailand 2026, ZTE showcased its vision for next-generation networks and digital infrastructure, spanning Autonomous Networks, 5G-Advanced, 6G, AI Core, Transport Networks, Green Data Centers and Cloud PC.
