Shanghai, China, July 6, 2026 – ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk (“MoraRepublic” atau “IDX: MORA”) at MWC Shanghai 2026, to explore cooperation in the development and expansion of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services for residential and enterprise customers across Indonesia. This collaboration responds to the rapid growth in demand for broadband connectivity, which has become one of the key foundations driving Indonesia's digital economy, while reaffirming both companies' commitment to jointly strengthening national digital infrastructure.

In addition, the partnership includes the exploration of commercial cooperation opportunities, joint innovation programs, proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, and technical knowledge-sharing initiatives to support future broadband growth.
