Shenzhen, China, November 12, 2025 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, in partnership with China Unicom, has launched "Easy Go", an instant-on multi-network access service solution. This solution greatly simplifies user access to the intranet & home network, which not only enhances user experience, but also leads to rapid growth in China Unicom's multi-network access service and business revenue.

The traditional approaches for intranet or home network access have their own limitations. OTT-based solution is to develop a dedicated application for mobile terminals, which is costly. The key deficiency is that mobile terminals cannot be used as hotspots for PCs to browse the intranet or home network. Network-based solution requires no dedicated application for intranet. However, users must manually configure their terminals and switch settings to access different networks, preventing simultaneous access to both the intranet and internet.

To overcome these limitations, the "Easy Go" instant-on multi-network access service solution introduces innovations across four key areas:

· Multi-network connectivity: Leveraging user subscription data, the network proactively establishes up to three simultaneous connections: for internet, intranet and home network access. From the terminal's perspective, this appears as only one connection, requiring no additional configuration or functionality. Users can choose access services by subscription.

· Intelligent traffic steering: The network intelligently identifies and classifies traffic (internet, intranet and home network) based on predefined policies, ensuring each data stream is routed to its correct destination network.

· Local breakout: Internet-bound traffic is routed locally through the visiting branch network, minimizing backhaul to the operator's home branch network and saving bandwidth.

Network-enforced traffic isolation: Mobile network infrastructure ensures complete isolation of internet, intranet and home network traffic.

The "Easy Go" instant-on multi-network access service solution brings the following benefits for mobile users:

· Zero configuration, simplified access: Users gain seamless access to the intranet, internet and home network without any changes to their terminals, phone number, or SIM card. Service activation is handled entirely on the network side, instead of requiring users to manually configure their terminals and switch settings to access different networks.

· Simultaneous multi-access: Users can access user's intranet, home network and internet concurrently. Traditional solutions typically do not support this capability, forcing users to choose one network at a time.

· Reduced latency: Internet traffic is routed locally via local breakout, meaning it connects directly to the internet from the visiting branch network. This eliminates long backhaul paths to the operator's home branch network, significantly reducing latency. User traffic accessing the intranet and home networks does not traverse the public internet, resulting in 33% lower latency compared to OTT solutions.

· Enhanced security: Intranet and home network traffic are kept entirely within the operator's secure network infrastructure, never traversing the internet. This provides robust, network-enforced isolation and a higher level of security compared to internet-based solutions.

· Seamless wide-area mobility: Users can access private network services anywhere within the 4G/5G coverage area of the network, enabling true mobility across wide geographic regions.

· Hotspot support: The mobile terminals of the users can be used as a hotspot, allowing PCs to access the intranet and home network.

"Easy Go" has driven substantial revenue growth for China Unicom. It has been widely applied in fields such as education, government, and enterprises. As of August 2025, the service has reached 2.33 million subscribers, representing an 83% year-over-year increase. From January to August in 2025, revenue of the service — including data offerings — exceeded $110 million, a 75.6% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.

The collaboration between China Unicom and ZTE exemplifies a shared commitment to technological innovation. Looking ahead, the two companies will deepen their partnership, continuously optimizing mobile network access technologies, expanding their application scope, and driving the mobile communications industry toward broader connectivity, greater convenience, and superior user experiences.
