Netlife Ecuador Partners with ZTE to Advance Smart Cloud Platform Deployment and Accelerate Smart Home Innovation
- Netlife has already connected a large number of live CPEs to ZTE's Smart Cloud Platform, achieving significant improvements in after-sales efficiency and enhancing user satisfaction
- ZTE has customized an anti-theft feature for Netlife's devices, delivering strong performance in the live network and reinforcing operational reliability

Quito, Ecuador, February 5, 2026 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, announced today the commercial deployment of its Smart Cloud Platform (SCP) with Netlife, Ecuador's largest fixed-network operator and most technologically advanced broadband provider. The SCP commercialization enhances home network visualization, manageability, and intelligent operations, reinforcing Netlife's leadership in the Ecuadorian broadband market.
To date, Netlife has successfully connected a large number of live CPEs to the SCP platform. Netlife reports that the SCP has significantly improved after-sales efficiency, enhanced user satisfaction, and delivered measurable operational benefits across the network.
In response to Ecuador's unique operational requirements, ZTE has also developed a customized anti-theft feature for Netlife's devices. This function triggers alerts when equipment is abnormally moved or its status changes unexpectedly, effectively reducing device loss and misuse. The feature has already demonstrated strong performance in the live network.
Following the successful adoption of SCP in its home broadband services, Netlife is preparing for the next phase—IPC (IP Camera) service integration. Both parties plan to expand the current SCP server capacity to support massive CPEs and IPCs, ensuring the platform is ready for the development of smart home services.
With the SCP platform, Netlife will achieve unified cloud management of home gateways and security devices, further strengthening its smart home ecosystem and solidifying its position as Ecuador's leading fixed broadband operator.
