Barcelona, Spain, March 9, 2026 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, and LTT, the leading telecommunications operator in Libya, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at MWC Barcelona 2026. This MoU establishes a strategic partnership between the two parties to accelerate network infrastructure modernization and foster the growth of Libya's digital economy.

 

Under this MoU, ZTE and LTT are committed to working together to:

• Boost Terminal Business: Accelerate the availability and adoption of high-performance devices, including FWA (Fixed Wireless Access), CPE, and MiFi solutions, to bridge the digital divide.

• Drive Strategic Growth: Explore new business models to strengthen LTT's market position and accelerate Libya's overall digital transformation.
