--Validating ability to deliver service management and triple play services--

Dallas, TX and Redwood City, CA, May 22, 2006 - ZTE Corporation, a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, and SupportSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPRT), a leading provider of Real-Time Service Management (RTSM™) software, have successfully completed interoperability testing at SupportSoft´s Digital 360° Interoperability Lab of ZTE´s Home Gateway devices according to the TR-069 DSL Forum CPE WAN Management protocol.

The testing validates the interoperability of ZTE´s H110/H100 Home Gateway devices with SupportSoft ServiceGateway™ software to deliver triple play services and service management.

"Demonstrating ZTE´s interoperability with SupportSoft solutions and the TR-069 specifications offers service providers reassurance that ZTE´s Home Gateway products are capable of being integrated into their customer-oriented TR-069 based management framework," said Jiming Liu, vice president of engineering, ZTE USA.

The TR-069 specification provides the necessary framework for efficient and scalable deployment of new services using DSL broadband infrastructure, including the combined delivery of VoIP, IPTV and high-speed data services.

Interoperability according to the TR-069 DSL Forum protocol ensures that equipment such as ZTE´s Home Gateway products can be easily configured, activated and managed from a network console with software solutions such as SupportSoft´s ServiceGateway; thereby helping service providers to control the costs of deployment, support home gateway devices and tightly manage triple play service delivery.

"The number of China´s broadband customers are expected to top those in the U.S. this year so ZTE has the expertise to support any market in the world," said Richard Caballero, director of product management at SupportSoft.

"Both SupportSoft and ZTE understand that interoperability with the DSL Forum specifications is an important step forward in providing telecom service providers with the tools they need to successfully scale to compete for new triple play subscribers - both now and in the future."
