ZTE Shares its 5G Security Solutions and Perspectives at GSMA Mobile 360 Security for 5G

As a sponsor of the event, ZTE’s Chief Security Officer, Mr. Zhong Hong elaborated the necessity of network security assurance in the 5G era as well as the corresponding security measures, expressing his expectation of building a secure and trustworthy cyberspace along with industry partners when he accepted a written interview on "Building a Secure and Trustworthy 5G World" at the event. .

According to the white paper, the 5G network security assurance shall be multi-dimensional and multi-layered, particularly focusing on the new 5G technologies, such as network slicing and MEC.
Finally, Ms. Tian Tian, Director of Advanced Cyber Security Office at ZTE, has made a keynote speech "AI in 5G Advanced Threat Defense”, introducing ZTE’s intelligent 5G security solution with initiative defense and showcasing the AI application in unknown threat detection.
From the aspects of new architectures, new technological emergence, and innovative commercial applications, Ms. Tian Tian has also elaborated the unprecedented 5G security challenges from advanced threats in the speech.
