March 2, 2017, Barcelona, Spain – ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a major international provider of telecommunications, enterprise and consumer technology solutions for the Mobile Internet, today put forward its "Revolution of Network Performance Management (RoNPM)" concept, and showcased its solutions in the RoNPM field at Mobile World Congress (MWC), Barcelona.

ZTE's RoNPM solution collects and analyses network end-to-end data from a big-data platform to enable customer experience-oriented network assessment and value-driven network optimisation, finally completing a fully closed-loop of the end-to-end automated network optimisation process. With the innovative functional modules such as virtual drive testing, automatic fault delimitation and localisation, and fast complaint handling, this solution provides a centralised and intelligent network optimisation that greatly reduces the costs of network optimisation and improves its efficiency and value.

In recent years, ZTE has been providing a RoNPM platform and service for Sichuan Telecom. With automatic root cause analysis and automatic fault-handling process management, the efficiency of network optimisation has been increased within half a year. The RoNPM platform uses an innovative algorithm developed by ZTE, which provides problem resolution suggestions in a smart and fast manner. The RoNPM solution greatly saves drive testing costs and human costs each year.

At MWC, ZTE’s service products provided a rich demonstration of user experience in cloud-based operation & maintenance (O&M), operation transition and cloud-based intelligence. ZTE has signed over 228 managed service contracts worldwide, involving over 402,000 sites and 508,000 kilometres of optical outside plant (OSP) cables for O&M. ZTE is steadily improving its capabilities for managed service delivery, and serves over 350 million users across the world.

In the fully cloud-based network era, ZTE will continue its commitment to providing innovative service solutions and increase product competitiveness. ZTE looks forward to entering the intelligent cloud era in a background of industry upgrade and cloud-based transition.
