On the "AI in EVERYTHING" panel, Zhang Meng, Vice President and Managing Director of ZTE for e& Global, discussed how AI powered infrastructure can underpin real time diagnostics, remote monitoring, and telemedicine at national scale. He outlined three pillars for AI in critical services: pushing AI to the edge for millisecond level inference, applying AI driven network slicing and "AI for Operations" to ensure reliable, prioritized connectivity, and leveraging a cloud native core for elastic scaling of services, positioning the network as an intelligent foundation rather than a passive transport layer.
