China Mobile Hubei has collaborated with Xiaomi and ZTE to achieve a groundbreaking integration of 5G-Advanced (5G-A) private network, edge AI, and digital twin technologies to create one of the world's most advanced smart manufacturing facilities. The project leverages the advanced 5G-A private network solution featuring 1+1 UPF Plus disaster recovery architecture, dual routes transmission, dual frequencies interleaving coverage and NG-C Link Disconnection Retention, ensuring 99.99% network availability. The network provides 2.25 Gbps uplink bandwidth per cell by inter-frequency SuperMIMO of 2.6GHz + 4.9GHz. This deterministic network foundation is essential for supporting real-time edge AI inference and ensuring seamless coordination across 2,000+ connected terminals. Through these implementations, Xiaomi has achieved 6.5-second production cycle, 100% AI quality inspection and first-pass yield 99.8%.
