Shenzhen, China, March 6, 2026 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, today announced a full-year revenue of RMB 133.90 billion for 2025, an increase of 10.4% year-on-year.
According to ZTE's results announcement today, during the period, the net profit attributable to holders of ordinary shares of the listed company reached RMB 5.62 billion, and net profit after extraordinary items attributable to holders of ordinary shares of the listed company amounted to RMB 3.37 billion. The Board has proposed a final cash dividend for 2025, representing 35% of net profit attributable to shareholders.
Amid the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence, the company continues to reinforce its leadership in Networks, increase investment and drive innovation in Computing, Home, and Personal Devices, while progressively developing full-stack AI capabilities.
For the reporting period, Computing delivered robust growth, with annual revenue rising approximately 150% year-on-year to account for 24.6% of total revenue. Within the segment, server and storage revenue grew over 200% year-on-year, while data center solutions revenue increased by 50% year-on-year. Home and Personal Devices experienced steady growth, collectively contributing 25.3% of total revenue.
Industry cycle transitions and the evolving revenue mix have placed phased pressure on gross margins, consistent with the company's ongoing strategic transition toward a more diversified and future-oriented portfolio. Despite these phased pressures, the company sustained disciplined R&D investment, recording annual expenses of RMB 22.76 billion, approximately 17.0% of total revenue, and continues to advance the development of its comprehensive AI capabilities to reinforce long-term competitiveness.
Domestic and International Markets Achieved Steady Growth; Government & Enterprise Business Revenue Doubled Year-on-Year
ZTE recorded continued growth across both its domestic and international markets in 2025, while continuing to advance its global operations and deepen its presence in China. Domestic revenue reached RMB 89.74 billion, representing 67.0% of total revenue and increasing 9.4% year-on-year. International revenue totaled RMB 44.16 billion, accounting for 33.0% of total revenue and rising 12.4% year-on-year.
Across its three business segments, the company continued to solidify its core Operator Network operations while accelerating the development of its Government & Enterprise Business as well as the Consumer Business.
Operator Network generated revenue of RMB 62.86 billion, accounting for 46.9% of total revenue. In the domestic market, revenue was pressured by a decline in telecommunications infrastructure investment. The company responded by deepening its expertise in wireless and wireline products to anchor this core segment, while advancing data center projects in collaboration with carriers. It also invested in evolutionary technologies such as autonomous networks and 10-gigabit optical networks to lay the groundwork for future network builds. Consumer Business, which focuses on advancing AI-enabled devices across a broad range of consumer use cases, reported revenue of RMB 33.82 billion, up 4.4% year-on-year.
