Wang Xiyu

Mr. Wang Xiyu joined ZTE in 1998. He has been working as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Officer since July 2018. Prior to that, he successively assumed the positions of Deputy General Manager of the CDMA Division, Director of the Wireless Product R&D Institute, Director of the Technology Planning Dept., and Deputy CTO and Chief of Staff of ZTE Corporation.
Mr. Wang has extensive managerial experience in the telecommunications industry. Moreover, he has won many top awards, such as the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award (Second Prize), 2023 Ho Leung Ho Lee Prize for Scientific and Technological Innovation, Guangdong Scientific and Technological Progress Award (First Prize), Shenzhen Scientific and Technological Progress Award (First Prize), and Science and Technology Awards issued by the China Institute of Communications and Chinese Institute of Electronics. He has also been granted the 2021 Ram Charan Management Practice Award.
Mr. Wang Xiyu holds a master's degree in engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.
