13 November 2015, Shenzhen, China – ZTE Corporation issued an update on the company’s anti-monopoly court case in China against Vringo Inc. and its subsidiaries.

The Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court will hold a private hearing on the merits of the anti-monopoly case on 7 December 2015, at which all proceedings will be confidential. The hearing was rescheduled from June 2015 following an objection to jurisdiction filed by Vringo. The court made a decision earlier this month at which the objection to jurisdiction was resolved.
