19 December 2012, Shenzhen, China – ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a publicly-listed global provider of telecommunications equipment, network solutions and mobile devices, announced that the ZTE Gigabit Smart Switch ZXR 5250 has been ranked among the top three "Best ICT products of the Year" in this year’s Funkschau Readers' Choice survey.

ZTE’s all Gigabit Smart Switch ZXR 5250 for enterprise customers came top in the category for ‘Switches’. The award-winning ZTE switch with its 1000Mbps ports aimed primarily at small and medium enterprises offers innovative features and state-of-the-art technologies for rapid deployment, maximum energy efficiency and optimal security. This is the first time that ZTE has participated in the Funkschau Readers Survey.
