8 September 2010, Shenzhen – ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, today announced that it will be actively participating and exhibiting at the 2010 3.9G Thailand Human D.N.A. Expo in Bangkok on 8 - 12 September, 2010 as a mark of its deepening involvement and presence in the country's telecommunications industry.

Organized and hosted by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), the 3.9G Thailand Human D.N.A. Expo looks to better understanding of Third Generation (3.9G) technology and the benefits it brings. The event will bring together 3.9G network operators, as well as offer visitors the opportunity to try out the latest innovations and browse an exhibition of cutting-edge prototypes.

As an active partner and vendor to most of Thailand's top mobile service providers, including AIS, TRUE, TOT, CAT and TT&T, ZTE currently holds more than 50% percent market share of the True DSLAM market, having deployed more than 640,000 lines. The company was also a lead partner for AIS' 900MHz UMTS commercial trial, the CAT National ASON project and TOT's MSAN project in Bangkok.

"Thailand is a fast-growing economy with tremendous potential for further expansion, as well as the capacity to be a showcase for emerging 3.9G technologies," said Mr. Zhang Xiaoke, MD of ZTE Thailand. "ZTE will continue to work closely with our Thai network partners and operators to provide customized and powerful services for consumers throughout the country."

For the 3.9G Thailand Human D.N.A. Expo, ZTE will be using the theme "Bringing You Closer" to display and demonstrate a wide array of its GSM/UMTS, CDMA, WCDMA, WIMAX, Uni-Ran and backhaul terminal and mobile products. Trade participants can learn about ZTE's success stories in migrating older networks to a more robust and faster LTA platform, while visitors can also get hands-on experience with ZTE's mobile devices.
