At the newly opened 3G Congress 2004, ZTE Corporation again presented as a shining star after its impressive performance in its previous participations ever since the 3G Congress was first launched.
At the 3G World Congress in Hong Kong, the top event of this year in the mobile telecommunications world opened today, ZTE Corporation, as one of the 9 senior sponsors from over 100 exhibitors staged another fantastic performance. The vivid video program about ZTE´s fast growth in the international market and the newest 3G achievements in the past two years have deeply impressed over 200 VIPs and delegates on the audience at the opening ceremony today.
Meanwhile, ZTE Booth, as one of the largest exhibition stands, attracted distinguished guests, enthusiastic visitors and friendly partners as soon as the exhibition hall opened in the morning. The first distinguished guest group visited ZTE Booth today was the Congress Organizer IIR group led by Mr. Chris Maybury, Chief Executive Officer of IIR. For this year´s 3G Congress event, ZTE´s new solution CDMA EV-DO 1X and CDMA Release A technologies and solutions are out hot topics. They are the latest achievements launched by ZTE´s 3G R&D researchers. The CDMA Release A based Release 0 doubles the speed rate of the previous edition and will be formally introduced into the international market soon.
The 3G Congress & Exhibition 2004 was organized by the Institute of International Research (IIR), supported by the CDMA Development Group, TD-SCDMA Forum and UMTS Forum, featuring over 100 exhibitors and 140 congress speakers across the industry.
