[Singapore, August 3, 2005] ZTE and its Singapore partner, ADDvantage Consulting, successfully launched MobileOne´s Intelligent Network (IN) system to support its international direct dial (IDD) prepaid customers on 3rd of August, 2005, more than a month ahead of schedule.
The IN system includes ZTE´s Service Control Point (SCP) and Service Management Point (SMP), and the Service Switching Point (SSP) based on the award winning ZTE ZXJ10 digital switch. After the service launch, ZTE and ADDvantage Consulting will also provide quality maintenance and consultative services to M1.
Mr Peter Thornton, GM of M1 IDD Planning, said: "The accelerated completion of the project can be attributed to ZTE and ADDvantage´s good understanding of our requirements, strong R&D expertise, project management capability and excellent support from M1´s skilled engineering staff.
"The ZTE IN system will allow M1 to deliver enhanced services to our IDD prepaid users. The scalability and flexibility will also enable M1 to expand its capacity seamlessly and to offer flexible customer oriented packages for the fast changing market".
