The release aims to push forward the digital transformation while assisting the communication service providers (CSPs) to achieve the smooth network transition and maximize return on investment.
In the context of ICT convergence, CSPs are trying to adapt to the new technologies and operation models by network re-architecture and operation transformation. ZTE’s AIOps solution, based on ZTE’s latest research and practices in operation and maintenance (O&M), can realize real-time coordination in the key points based on network on-demand by AI technology and Big Data platform.
Meanwhile, it enables the cross-domain resource integration in terms of typical application scenarios and network slicing, dynamic threshold adjustment, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, intelligence scheduling and so forth. More specifically, the AIOps solution, featuring ZTE’s self-developed unique operation repository, can mine massive data from various operators' B/OSS and applies advanced algorithms to provide real-time depth analysis, learning and prediction. Based on correlation analysis in various basic data and service data, the solution provides optimum, actionable insights to greatly reduce the OPEX while generating more revenues.
The solution also incorporates a policy engine empowered by AI to continuously improve the intelligent operation and service assurance capabilities.
