Sao Paulo, Brazil, November 26, 2025 - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions,  hosted the ZTE Global Services Ecosystem Forum 2025 for the Europe & Latin American region in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Under the theme of "Ultimate Service for an AI-Driven Win-Win Future", this forum brought together industry organizations, academic experts, operators, and network service partners from Europe and Latin America to engage in intensive exchanges on AI-era network service innovation, project management, ecological collaboration, and digital transformation.

The event featured a diverse range of activities, including keynote speeches, product and solution exhibitions, university-enterprise MOU signing, milestone celebrations for network deployments, and partner awards ceremonies. These activities highlighted the vibrant and dynamic aspects of ZTE's Global Services Ecosystem. Through this forum, ZTE reaffirmed its strategic direction in digital-intelligent services and jointly charted a roadmap for an open, collaborative, and mutually beneficial ecosystem.

Sun Fangping, Senior Vice President of ZTE and President of Global Services, delivered a keynote speech, stating that, the rapid, extensive, and in-depth application of AI technologies is continuously driving industrial upgrading and integration, and social progress. At the conference, Unifique, UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina), and ZTE signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The three parties will deepen collaboration around broadband network technology innovation and talent training, accelerate technology implementation and local telecommunications talent training, to inject new momentum into the digital economy in Brazil.
