Bangkok, Thailand, September 29, 2025 -  ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, together with Thailand's leading mobile operator AIS, today announced the successful validation of the Network Insight Agent. The live-network demonstration marks a major step forward in AIS's autonomous network evolution, powered by AI models, and establishes a solid foundation for the company's digital strategy.

As a pioneering operator, AIS has long been committed to driving network intelligence through innovation. In response to the rapid growth of AI model technology, AIS has set out to build a new-generation network system powered by "intelligent Operations + Large Model Drive", designed to significantly boost operational efficiency and service quality.

The Network Insight Agent, developed under ZTE and AIS's Multi-Agent Collaboration framework, leverages advanced generative AI to deliver intelligent querying and in-depth analysis of multi-dimensional data, including network structure, coverage, capacity, and equipment health. It automatically generates query strategies, summaries, and recommendations, enabling AIS teams to visualize overall network status, identify potential risks, and support proactive planning and optimization. This delivers on the intelligent operations goal of  "seeing the whole network at a glance, understanding services through one chart".

This milestone not only validates AIS's forward-looking strategy for future network operations, but also sets a benchmark for intelligent development across the telecom industry. Going forward, AIS and ZTE will continue to expand the application of large-model technologies in diverse operational scenarios, advancing the journey toward fully autonomous, intelligent networks.
