First, we continuously monitor legal and policy changes related to export controls and economic sanctions. In the first quarter, we noted that the U.S. adjusted its export control policies concerning advanced computing items, while China tightened controls on the export of dual-use items to Japan. In response to these changes, we have taken proactive measures, such as engaging with relevant partners to clarify compliance requirements and strengthening communication with government authorities. These efforts aim to ensure proper understanding of applicable policies and to maintain smooth operations of related businesses based on a prudent risk assessment.
首先，我们持续关注出口管制与经济制裁相关的法律及政策变动。一季度，我们注意到，美国对先进计算物项相关的出口管制政策有所调整，同时，中国加强了两用物项对日本的出口管制。面对这些变动，我们通过积极与相关合作伙伴沟通以明确合规要求、加强与相关政府部门的沟通等举措确保对相关政策的正确理解，在审慎评估风险的基础上确保公司相关业务平稳进行。
We have also been strengthening compliance capabilities within the company, leveraging AI and other tools to improve efficiency and transform the compliance management model. As for workflows, we used the in-house AI compliance information tool to automate and streamline information processing, freeing the team from tedious information retrieval and filtering, so they can focus on higher-value work like analysis and decision-making. In terms of risk management, we have built a global export control risk map and completed quantitative risk assessments by using AI to analyze compliance obligations and transaction data. These efforts facilitated digital and visualized management of export control risks.
我们也在持续强化内部合规能力建设，不断利用AI等工具提升合规工作效率，推动合规工作模式的转型升级。在工作流程层面，依托自主研发的AI合规资讯工具，实现资讯处理环节的自动化与智能化，使团队从繁琐的信息检索与筛选中解放出来，将精力集中于更高价值的分析与决策工作。在风险管理维度，我们搭建了全球出口管制风险地图，通过AI分析合规义务与交易数据，完成风险量化评估，实现出口管制风险评估的数字化与可视化管理。
In addition, ZTE was invited to the 2026 Corporate Compliance International Forum hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce (Hainan Chamber of Commerce) and the Trade Compliance Capability Enhancement Campaign in 2026 jointly hosted by the Department of Commerce of Jiangxi Province and the Fuzhou Office of the Ministry of Commerce. At these events, we shared our experience in compliance digitalization and engaged in discussions with industry peers on the latest trends, challenges, and countermeasures in trade compliance management.
其次，中兴通讯受邀参加了中国国际商会海南商会主办的“2026企业合规国际论坛”及江西省商务厅与商务部驻福州特派员办事处联合主办的“贸易合规能力专项提升活动”，我们在这些活动中进行了合规数字化经验交流，与业界同行共同探讨了当前形势下贸易合规管理的新趋势、新挑战与新对策。

Finally, during the MWC Barcelona 2026 in Q1, we carried out a series of important compliance exchange activities. We had in-depth discussions with global core chip suppliers and key customers on topics such as export controls and compliance system development, further solidifying our mutual trust. Moving forward, ZTE will continue to work closely with customers and suppliers to deepen compliance collaboration, strengthen our compliance foundation for global business operations, and safeguard long-term, win-win collaboration with robust and reliable compliance practices.
