[摘要] 基于全球移动虚拟网络运营商（MVNO）的最新发展态势，按照区域分类和目录类型（折扣、电信、媒体/娱乐、零售、商务、迁移、漫游和机器对机器），对移动虚拟网络运营商发展情况分别进行了阐述。认为移动虚拟网络运营商与基础运营商不存在严格的竞争关系，虚拟运营商发展的繁荣反而是驱动传统运营商业务增长的动力。

[Abstract] In this paper, the latest global mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) footprint is introduced. By dividing MVNOs into region and classification, e.g., discount, telecom, retail, media/entertainment, business/migrant, roaming and M2M, the landscape of each segment is described. MVNOs and traditional operators do not have a strictly competitive relationship, and the prosperity of virtual operators is driving the growth of traditional operators.
