摘要:通感一体化(ISAC)网络的发展促使切换技术从传统的“通信连续性”向“通信-感知双连续性”演进。从链路级与网络级两个维度系统梳理了ISAC切换关键技术。在链路级层面,阐述了感知辅助切换与感知服务切换两种典型范式;在网络级层面,剖析了网络级感知切换与网络级ISAC切换的核心挑战,提出了相应的感知切换流程,并总结了用户关联的最新研究进展与未来方向。针对网络级感知场景,借鉴通信切换方法,设计了模糊感知切换算法,仿真验证了其优越性能。相关工作可为ISAC网络的移动性管理提供理论参考与技术支撑。

Abstract: The development of Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) networks drives the evolution of handover technology from traditional communication continuity to communication-sensing dual continuity. The key technologies of ISAC handover are systematically reviewed from both link-level and network-level perspectives. At the link level, two typical paradigms, namely sensing-assisted handover and sensing-service handover, are elaborated. At the network level, the core challenges of network-level sensing handover and network-level ISAC handover are analyzed, corresponding sensing handover procedures are proposed, and the latest research progress and future directions of user association are summarized. For network-level sensing scenarios, a fuzzy sensing-based handover algorithm is designed by drawing on communication handover methods, and its superior performance is verified through simulations. Theoretical reference and technical support for mobility management in ISAC networks are provided by the related work.
