半导体激光器在超高速光网络中的应用

[摘要] 光通信的快速发展对光电子器件提出了更高的要求。基于超高速光传输网络、光以太网及接入网对通信用半导体激光器的性能要求，结合中国光电子器件具体情况，对半导体激光器的性能、研究状态及应用进行了探讨。

[Abstract] For further development of optical networks, more is required of optoelectronic devices. In this paper, we analyze high-speed optical transmission, optical Ethernet, and optical access networks and determine the requirements on diode lasers. We discuss optoelectronic devices in China, in particular, research on and applications of diode lasers.
