工业CPS技术、架构及应用策略研究

[摘要] 认为信息物理系统(CPS)是传统自动化控制系统和新型信息技术融合的产物,是工业领域实现智能制造的必要基础。在研究智能制造实施过程中所面临的设备联通、信息集成和分析优化等需求的基础上,提出了涵盖不同层级的、能够描述工业信息物理系统特征的通用架构体系,并重点阐述架构体系实施过程中需要关注的关键技术要素。认为中国应该把握发展机遇,积极布局相关技术和应用,稳步推进CPS在工业领域的应用。

[Abstract] Cyber physical system (CPS) is the integration of traditional automation control systems and novel information technologies, and it is the essential foundation for implementing intelligent manufacturing. In this paper, we propose a universal architecture covering different levels to present the features of industrial cyber physical system, and focus on the main technologies that should be concerned during architecture implementation. China should take the development opportunities, and actively arrange related technologies and applications, and steadily promote the application of CPS in the industrial field.
