[摘要] 认为OTT TV不仅可以获得很好的用户体验，还可以把丰富的互联网业务引入到电视业务中，实现电视使用的丰富化和个性化，因此OTT TV已超越交互式网络电视（IPTV）成为广电行业的发展趋势。介绍了中兴通讯提出的低码高清与OTT TV多屏融合的解决方案，该方案即可以让运营商充分发展OTT业务，扩展更多的增值业务，实现盈利增长；又可以为用户提供随时随地且清晰流畅的视频体验，最大程度提升用户业务使用体验感受。

[Abstract] OTT TV provides good user experience and converges the internet business with the television broadcasting business. OTT TV is a development trends in broadcasting industry. This paper introduces ZTE's low-bit HD and OTT TV solutions for multiscreen integration. This solution allows operators to fully develop their OTT business and expand value-added services in order to grow revenue. This solution provides users with clear, smooth video anytime and anywhere.
