[摘要] 针对移动边缘计算（MEC），设计了计算迁移和数据缓存的联合优化模型，并基于改进的遗传算法（GA）对该模型的时延优化特性进行了优化。仿真表明：提出的方案比传统方案更能有效地降低用户请求的时延，对移动边缘网络的部署和应用具有一定的参考意义。

[Abstract] In this paper, a combined optimization model for computing migration and data caching is designed. Particularly, an improved genetic algorithm (GA) is put forward to analyze the time delay optimization of the proposed model, which surely has certain significant values to the deployment and applications of mobile edge network.
