硅基片上光电传感及相关器件

[摘要] 针对硅基光电子学在片上光电传感中的应用,分析了硅基片上光电传感的工作原理,指出该领域的主要研究方向包括:提升传感灵敏度,增加传感选择性,减小温度相关性,降低系统成本。结合本课题组的研究成果,总结了其研究现状和各研究方向在光电传感器结构设计方面获得的诸多进展。

[Abstract] Focusing on the application of silicon photonic on-chip sensing, we point out that enhancing the sensitivity, improving the selectivity, reducing the temperature dependency, and lowering the cost are main research directions of silicon photonic on-chip sensing. The research status and progress in photoelectric sensor structure design are also summarized in this paper.
