ZTE has launched Managed Services to provide integral solutions for operation, maintenance and management with the rich experience in years of network management. ZTE’s Managed Services offer reliable and customized management services for communications networks, for ensuring the safety and efficiency as well as satisfactory KPIs of the networks, and thus helping customers improve end user satisfaction, reduce expenditures and increase revenues.
ZTE has signed more than 150 global Managed Services contracts by 2014. ZTE Managed Services covers 45 global Operators and more than 210,000 sites with about 200 million subscribers. The outdoors OFC maintenance exceeds 240,000 kilometers.
2014, ZTE has obtained contracts from several operators that include E-Plus(Acquired by TEF Germany in 2014), Euskaltel(Spain), Telenor( Pakistan), Telefonica( Colombia O2, Venezuela Movistar) , MTS (India SSTL), Maxis( India Aircel), Mobily(Saudi Arabia), China Mobile (Chongqing,Hebei,Shandong and Fujian) and China Unicom( Guangxi,Jiangsu,Shandong,Fujian,Chongqing,Anhui and Hubei) and China Tower(Chongqing).
