摘要:NR基站的节能是运营商重要关注的内容。软节能的主要技术为单小区节能技术和多小区联合节能技术。这些技术又具体包含符号关断、时隙关断、通道关断、功放调压、载波关断和人工智能(AI)节能等功能。认为5G-NR基站节能有望在第三代合作计划(3GPP)的协议中设立统一标准。

Power Saving of 5G-NR Base Station

Abstract:Power saving technology for 5G-New Radio (NR) base station is an important consideration of an operator. Six kinds of soft power saving technologies for 5G-NR base station are described. They are symbol power off, slot power off, channel power off, power amplifier (PA) bias voltage adjustment, carrier power off and advanced power saving technology. The uniform standards in the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) agreement are expected to set on power saving of 5G-NR base station.
