[摘要] 推导出了摩擦纳米发电机（TENG）的电路方程，由此建立了TENG等效电路，并进行了PSpice仿真。该项工作对后续TENG的发电机理论分析、能量管理电路开发等工作提供了理论依据和实际物理模型。

[Abstract] In this paper, the circuit equation of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) is derived. Then, the equivalent circuit of TENG is established and the PSpice simulation is carried out. This work provides theoretical basis and actual physical model for the subsequent theoretical analysis of generators and energy management circuit development of TENG.
