对发展下一代网络的思考

[摘要] 认为下一代网络转型是由业务需求和技术发展两方面共同驱动的，软件定义网络（SDN）和网络功能虚拟化（NFV）是下一代网络技术的基础。介绍了SDN和NFV的技术实质、发展现状及其所面临的重要挑战。此外，还对下一代网络发展进程中遇到的关键问题进行了分析探讨，指出5G网络发展与下一代网络相结合具有重要的意义。

[Abstract] Next generation network transformation is driven by technology development and business requirement. Software defined network(SDN) and network function virtualization(NFV) are the basis for the next generation network. The essence, development, and the major challenges of SDN and NFV are proposed in this paper. Moreover, we discuss the key problems in the development of next generation network, and point out that the combination of 5G network and the next generation network would be significant.
